1. Honesty:

We will never deviate from the absolute truth regardless of the situation or how unwelcome the truth may be to the client. As our customer, it is going to be your responsibility to make some important and sometimes difficult decisions. It is our job to make sure that you have the facts needed to make the best choices for you and your family.

2. Success:
The bottom line is that you need to sell your home, or find a new one... or both. We define success as helping you close the deal for the absolute best price in the least amount of time and with the least amount of inconvenience to you. We want to see you on your way to the next phase because of our work. The bottom line is... we work hard to get the job done quickly.

3. Aggressive Marketing:
We are committed to active methods of going out into the field every day and looking for buyers and homes, as opposed to sitting in the office and waiting for them to call or stop in. That's why we are able to do more business at a higher level of customer satisfaction than the average team. We proudly advertise than nobody does more real estate business than Re/Max.

4. Customer for life:
It is our goal to retain the business of our customers for life. Through the positivity of our customer's experience and the personal service that we provide, our goal is to earn the repeat business and referral business from our existing and past clients.

5. Communication:

One of the biggest complaints that clients have about their real estate agents is the poor level of communication that occurs during the course of business. We take pride in communicating with every customer to the level that the client wishes, relaying all relevant information about their home and the market. As opportunities arise, we will contact you as quickly as possible. In addition, we are readily available to answer your questions whenever you need us. We promise you will never say "we never heard from our agent."

6. Real Estate is our full-time job

We run our real estate team as a business, unlike many agents for whom real estate is a hobby or a source of secondary income. We have a professional staff and a detailed business plan which enables us to give you the top quality service you deserve!
